Manufactured by Commercial Fuel Solutions, RFS2500 combines a premium Harlequin bunded fuel tank with a best-in-class dispensing system which is suitable for renewable diesel.

Deigned with a storage tank life expectancy of 20 years, the RFS system provides a robust and reliable storage system that is suitable for renewable and bio diesel blends of up to 100%.

The dispenser system is engineered using proven and reliable technology that meets all current regulations for the safe and efficient handling of renewable diesel fuels.

Storage system:

Utilising an integrally bunded Harlequin fuel storage tank with a UV stabilised shell, the storage asset will not crack or perish under extreme exposure to Ultraviolet rays.

The internal tank is free from pigments in order to prevent migration into the fuel over extended periods of time.

The bund exceeds oil storage regulations requirement of 110% capacity to prevent containment release into the environment. And an overfill prevention valve is fitted as standard to prevent the inner storage tank from being overfilled.

An electronic level gauge with digital readout clearly displays the tanks remaining contents in litres to optimise inventory management and plan efficient deliveries.

Dispensing system, in order of flow path:

Suction line – a special fuel hose compound manufactured by Continental is utilised that is chemically resistant to renewable and biodiesel fuels fitted with a non-return valve and removable inlet strainer

Inlet filter – a universal filter head compatible with multiple CIMTEK elements is installed and features an analogue inlet vacuum gauge that indicates when the filter element is nearing saturation and requires replacement.

Transfer pump – the market leading PIUSI panther diesel transfer pump is fitted with chemically resistant seals for 100% biofuel blends

Discharge hose – our market-leading Alfagomma 650AA abrasion-resistant anti-static dissipative hose assembly Ω (R ≤ 10⁶) is installed with hydraulically swaged connections to maintain reliability.

Hose reel (optional) - our best-selling TOMES hose reel can be installed. It features a stainless-steel flow path to maintain product purity and can accommodate up to 8m of delivery hose.

Nozzle – the delivery hose is fitted with the industry recognised ZVA refuelling nozzle by Elaflex and ATEX rated to ensure any vapour that could be present in the vehicle tank cannot be ignited during extended periods of hot weather.

Management System (optional) – our market leading Tecalemit HDA fuel management system is installed that can be connected to protect your fuel from unauthorised access. Data can be sent to the cloud for remote monitoring and accounting purposes.

The system is designed with the user in mind to ensure safe operation and secure storage of the renewable fuel asset.
