Tank Overfill Alarms

Overfill alarm, an overfill alarm is a high-level warning device that indicates when the tank level is reaching full. An audible and visual warning signals to the delivery operator when to stop filling. 

Overfill protection is a regulatory requirement within the OSR if it is not possible to view the tank vent from the filling location. It should be possible to test the overfill alarm before the filling procedure is initiated.
