The Gear Oil Lift Hand Pump has been engineered for the efficient filling of gearboxes with high-viscosity oils. Designed to meet the demands of industrial settings, this pump offers durability and versatility, ensuring smooth operations every time.

Crafted with precision, this hand pump features a Polypropylene pump, mild steel piston, and nitrile seals, which ensures a reliable performance even in rugged environments. The inclusion of a 1.5m delivery hose with spout and a telescopic suction pipe ranging from 300mm to 500mm provides convenience and flexibility during use.

Equipped with a drum fitting for 60mm diameter threads, this pump effortlessly attaches to compatible containers, facilitating efficient oil transfer. Additionally, a universal adaptor, available separately, enables compatibility with external threads up to 61mm in diameter, enhancing its versatility.

With a maximum flow rate of 100ml per stroke, this pump offers swift oil dispensing, optimising workflow efficiency. It has been tailored to fit most 25-litre Tri-sure threads of 56mm, making it a versatile solution for various applications.
