Mann-Tek AdBlue (DEF) Storage Tank Connection, 2" BSP

For spill-free transfers of AdBlue between delivery vehicle and storage tank, we recommend the use of the Mann-Tek dry break couplings.

The 70mm coupler with 2” BSP(F) inlet will easily adapt to your existing fill point. It is important to ensure that all metalwork in the AdBlue flow path is constructed from stainless steel or hard anodised aluminium. 

All industry-standard AdBlue (DEF) Storage Tanks will have this device fitted to ensure a spill-free delivery during bulk transfer.

The coupling should be installed forward-facing and at an accessible height for the delivery driver to reach without the need for an additional platform or step. 

The spill-free device utilises a dry break connection identical to that used within the aviation industry for filling aircraft and is precision built to military standards.
