A high-capacity, ATEX certified spring rewind hose for fuels and oils.

The robust design includes a twin pedestal that ensures ultimate performance and reliability. This model from the HR series can accommodate up to 30m of 25mm ID hose.

Full-width roller guides increase the working life of the unit, and the guide arms are adjustable so that they can be re-orientated to adjust the hose payout direction for optimum efficiency.

The unit can be mounted to either the floor or wall, providing that it is adequately supported, due to its long reach, this spring rewind hose reel is a popular choice for mobile refuelling applications. 

Suitable for installation into either a Zone 1 or 2 hazardous area, the HR series reels are certified for use with petrol/gasoline and other low flashpoint fuels. 

Please note that a stainless steel flow path modification is required in order to enable use with aviation fuels, so as to maintain product purity downstream of the filter system. 

Available to order as either a bare reel or with 30m x 25mm fuel hose fitted. The HR454 reel can also be adapted to accommodate 40m of 19mm ID hose on request.
